The Boat - Kaimana
Kaimana
is a brand new 80ft luxury motor boat, built in 2004 in Padang, Sumatra
where she is moored and maintained. She is a strong, wooden boat
laminated with fibreglass and powered by 2 x Mitsubishi 8DC9. At
full speed she cruises at 10 knots getting you to the best waves
in the world comfortably and safely.
Kaimana is specifically built for surfers, with all modern facilities including:
- 5 twin air-conditioned cabins - get away from the 'dorm style'
- Large air-conditioned chill out area with comfy lounges with flat screen TV, DVD player & pumping stereo
- 2 bathrooms/toilets
- Upstairs open undercover area with stereo - great to watch your mates sick pits and sunsets
- Top deck - grab a mattress out and stare at the stars
- Undercover/shaded surfboard storage room
