When you arrive at Padang airport, there will be a Surging Waters representative waiting for you with a sign 'Kaimana', he will take you and your boards (in another van) to meet the surf guide or to your hotel.

Kaimana usually departs late in the afternoon or once all passengers have arrived. Kaimana then arrives back into Padang harbour early hours of the morning. You will have enough time to get the earliest flight out which is around 08:30.
